Carlos's story...
Carlos had been suffering from tiredness and fatigue for 2 years. In a check-up examination at work, they did not find anything striking, however, in our consultation, we reviewed in detail his previous blood test results and observed that he had a high probability of having a high accumulated load… The result was the discovery of an accumulation of toxins in his body that were devastating his energy production. After a personalized detoxification plan, Carlos has regained his energy.
We can suspect the accumulation of toxins in your body by investigating your symptoms and illnesses, reviewing conventional blood tests, and attending an appointment with a doctor trained in applied kinesiology.
What symptoms do you have?
We know that toxins can complicate or be at the root of any symptom or disease. However, the following list points out some symptoms that are frequently caused by the accumulation of toxins in your body:
Tiredness and fatigue
- Frequent infections
- Allergies, rhinitis, dermatitis, itchy eyes, and nose.
- Headaches
- Insomnia and sleep disorders.
- Constipation
- Skin problems
- Sensitivity to personal care products
- Sensitivity to multiple odors and chemicals.
- Slow mind, memory loss, decreased ability to concentrate.
- Anxiety and depression.
- Low back pain.
- Fertility problems, and irregular menstrual cycles.
Check your blood tests:

- Elevation of liver enzymes called transaminases (AST, ALT, and GGT) is often a reflection of the accumulation of toxins in the body, especially that called GGT, which must be below 30. An increase in GGT reflects the body’s effort to protect itself from accumulated toxins.
- Elevated blood glucose and insulin are frequently associated with a significant accumulation of toxins. Do you have a blood glucose level greater than 90 mg/dl or a basal insulin level greater than 5IU? It’s time to start looking for toxins.
- Alteration of thyroid hormones, such as an elevation of TSH above 2.5 or a decrease in thyroid hormones T3 and T4, can also be frequently observed when there is a buildup of toxins in the body. Remember that the thyroid gland frequently stores toxins.
- Do you have high cholesterol? Some common toxins raise cholesterol. The decrease in white blood cells and platelets is frequently the result of the accumulation of toxins that cause bone marrow toxicity.
Should I have specialized tests?
When the suspicion of toxin accumulation is high, and the patient’s illnesses and symptoms warrant it, we use specialized tests. We use mass spectrometry-based urine tests that can detect more than 170 non-metallic toxins, and highly accurate blood tests to detect metals, at incredibly small concentrations, which was impossible until a few years ago.
If we suspect mercury accumulation, we use a test that uses hair, blood, and urine samples to even allow us to detect the type of mercury you are storing and the source of contamination.
Message
If you have been struggling with your symptoms and cannot find a solution, or if you have been diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes, cancer, anxiety, or any other illness, it is time to look for the root cause, which may be an accumulation of toxins. Working with a qualified functional doctor with adequate training in detoxification therapies can help you reverse the disease and resolve your symptoms.
